The service
What the sustainability report is.
The sustainability report is the document where the company accounts for what it did during the year on environmental, social and governance topics, in the standard your industry and your investors recognize: GRI Standards, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2.
Mangue Tech delivers that report in two versions of the same data. The online version comes first: a page with a cover, section navigation and a progress bar, hosted at its own address, in your brand's layout. The PDF is generated from it, for anyone who has to attach a file to a tender, a bank or a client. It is not two jobs, it is one delivery in two formats.
Collection happens on the platform, not in a spreadsheet passed around by email. Every indicator has an owner on the client side, someone who validates it and a place to attach the receipt, the bill or the technical report that backs the number. The report records where the data came from, which reference was used, who approved it and when.
Indicators, documents and the multi-year series stay on the platform and can be exported at any time. Whoever hires us keeps the process, not just the file at the end. In the next cycle, the report picks up where it stopped.
If the report has to show emissions, the inventory comes into the same project: direct emissions from the operation, emissions from purchased energy and emissions from the value chain, in the structure of the GHG Protocol and of ISO 14064-1 when the case calls for it.

Assessment. We read your last report, look at the standard you use and at the topics the company has already set as priorities. That produces the list of indicators for the cycle.

Collection. Each indicator gets an owner, someone who validates it and a place to attach the receipt, the bill or the technical report. Nobody chases spreadsheets by email.
Etapa 03
Copy and design. The writing starts from the data your team validated, and the layout follows the standard of the online version. We review it with you before anything goes live.

Which standards do you cover?
GRI Standards, SASB and IFRS S1 and S2. The same data set serves more than one, so you do not collect the same information again for each report or questionnaire.
Does the online version replace the PDF?
No. The online version comes first and the PDF is generated from it. If you need to attach a file to a tender, a bank or a client, you still have one.
Where does the online version live?
At its own address, in your brand's layout. You get the link to share.
Who writes the report?
The Mangue team writes it from the data your team validated on the platform. Each indicator has an owner on the client side and someone who validates it. The copy goes through review with you before it is published.
Do you check the numbers?
Formal checking is done by an independent body, not by whoever writes the report. We build the report with the origin of every figure on record, which is what this work calls for, and we point you to who does the checking.
Are emissions included?
They come in when hired together, organized the same way as the rest of the report. If you already have an inventory from another vendor, we integrate the result.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many indicators there are and on the state of the source data. That comes out of the assessment, before the proposal, not from a generic table.
Do I keep the data if I change vendors?
You do. Indicators, documents and the multi-year series can be exported at any time.
