The service
O que é.
The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requires companies in scope to report under the 12 ESRS standards. Mangue Tech runs the whole process: from the scoping analysis to the delivery of the draft report.
We start with the double materiality assessment (the company's impact on the environment × the environment's impact on the company), engaging internal and external stakeholders. The result defines which of the 12 ESRS standards apply and which data points are mandatory.
For each applicable standard, we structure the data collection, combine quantitative information from the platform (emissions, energy, waste) with qualitative information (policies, governance, due diligence) and deliver the gap analysis with an implementation roadmap.

O que é a CSRD e o que são os padrões ESRS?
A CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) é a diretiva da União Europeia que obriga as empresas dentro do escopo dela a reportar conforme os 12 padrões ESRS, o conjunto europeu de normas de reporte de sustentabilidade. Cada padrão traz data points próprios, e a avaliação de dupla materialidade define quais deles se aplicam à empresa.
Como funciona a avaliação de dupla materialidade?
Dupla materialidade avalia dois lados: o impacto da empresa sobre o ambiente e o impacto do ambiente sobre a empresa. A Mangue Tech conduz essa avaliação engajando stakeholders internos e externos. O inventário cobre parte do dado quantitativo. Os padrões ESRS, exigidos pela diretiva europeia CSRD, pedem mais: energia, resíduos e a camada qualitativa (políticas, governança, due diligence). A Mangue audita ou emite o parecer do relatório CSRD?
Não. A Mangue Tech prepara, estrutura e acompanha o processo, da análise de escopo até a entrega do draft de reporte. Certificado, parecer e verificação ficam com o organismo verificador externo (Bureau Veritas, SGS, DNV, TÜV).
Quanto tempo leva um projeto de reporte CSRD?
